I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation to enable you to discuss if I can meet your needs and if you would like to proceed with counselling or coaching.

Counselling fees are £60 per session and a session lasts for 50 minutes. This can be in person or on-line

Coaching fees are £75 per hour or £45 per half hour and usually take place on-line via Zoom

I accept payment by BACS, cheque or cash whichever is easiest for you.
